Boss Frog’s is seeking a highly-motivated sales persons renting everything you can think of for the beach and to book island activities. Our current need is for the Koloa/Poipu shops: Saturday, Sunday, plus 2-3 days weekdays. 6 months experience in the activities, retail, rental and/or timeshare industry 6 months living on Kauai Strong ability to sell and book activities, services and goods, and fit customers with gear Ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment, multi-task and balance priorities Strong, professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills, at work, via e-mail, and by phone High school Diploma or equivalent Computer proficiency with the ability to learn. Boss Frog’s Dive and Surf is an established company that has been operating on Maui and outer islands for over 30 years. Some Boss Frog’s employees have worked at the Company for 20+ years and recognize the benefit of an established company that provides reliable leads to assist with a salesperson’s earnings.
