Boss Frog’s is seeking highly-motivated sales persons renting everything you can think of for the beach and to book island activities. We are looking for sales agents to work various shifts from 7:45am- 3:00pm and 1:45pm to 8:00pm at our shop on Ali'i Drive in Kailua-Kona. Competitive wages, commissions, and bonuses total $25-$32 ave per hour Paid Health Insurance 20hr + per week. Strong ability to sell and book activities, services and goods, and fit customers with gear Ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment, multi-task and balance priorities Strong, professional verbal, guest relations, and etiquette skills, at work, via e-mail, and by phone High school Diploma or equivalent Computer proficiency with the ability to learn. Some Boss Frog’s employees have worked at the Company for 20+ years and recognize the benefit of an established company that provides reliable leads to assist with a salesperson’s earnings.
