Sales and Brand Development Manager

Our Sales and Marketing Professional is primarily responsible for driving the growth of Nurse Next Door Modesto/Manteca/Tracy areas. • High school graduate or equivalent education • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision • Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired • Self-starter, comfortable working independently and in teams in unstructured environment • Extreme professionalism • Excellent communications skills • Maintains good work ethic, is reliable and punctual while displaying a positive and cooperative attitude at all times • Detail Oriented; Excellent Organizational Skills • Ability to Work Independently • Results Orientation/Responsibilities • Customer Service Sales Role • Grow business through new referral sources • Initiation of leads through relationships with qualified sources and contact with healthcare partners, patients and families • Identify referral opportunities • Match company services with patient needs • Develop and implement special events and presentations to assist in maximizing fair market share • Facilitate patient transition to company services • Meet and exceed company established targets and KPIs • Effectively utilize company resources to grow business • Utilize company database to input all sales activities on a daily/weekly basis. o Attend Chamber events Travel required throughout Modesto/Manteca/Tracy areas.
