Sales and Customer Service Specialist

 Recommend changes in pricing and or service by evaluating sales results and competitive developments.  Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions in accordance with company guidelines.  Must be competent with company phone system.  There will be additional responsibilities and duties as required to support customer service, operations, administration, and human resources as needed. or B.S.
