Sales and digital marketing person

Job description We are looking for a part time JR. sales and digital marketing person with strong entrepreneurial skills and personality, and some experience and/or passion for sales, to help us grow our Spanish – bilingual magazine through advertising sales, partnerships, sponsorships, contributions or donations and other tactics. Responsibilities \\- Help develop the Medialuna Magazine’s marketing and sales strategy and plan \\- Help implement tools and programs for efficient sales and marketing (CRM) and others. \\- Entrepreneurialism: Interest, skills and passion for startups, business development, advertising sales, and digital marketing \\- Data analysis skills \\- Strong communication and ethical skills \\- Strong English writing skills Customer service and team work person \\- Some experience in the magazine or newspaper industry ideal but not a required \\- Creativity, resourcefulness and a delivering personality Job specifications \\- 20 to 30 hours to start with possibility to become a full-time job according to results \\- Basic salary and a percentage of sales \\- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule \\- Remote is okay but ideal if the person lives in Seattle for occasional in person meetings.
