Position Overview Genesis is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Representative to support business growth through a combination of sales execution, account management, and marketing initiatives. Sales Responsibilities • Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for new business • Generate and follow up on sales leads through outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing in coordination with internal teams • Conduct product presentations and solution-based sales discussions with customers • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools • Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction Preferred Experience • Experience selling industrial, construction, or safety-related products or services • Familiarity with PPE, fall protection, or industrial safety solutions • Experience with trade shows, customer events, or industry marketing initiatives • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required) Frequency varies for text messages.
