Are you passionate about fitness and adept at driving sales through innovative marketing strategies? Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Marketing Associate at The Spa Fitness and Wellness Center. As the primary point of contact for potential members, you'll be responsible for promoting our fitness center's services, cultivating leads, and converting prospects into loyal members.

Sales:

Actively engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and needs.
Conduct facility tours and provide detailed information about our services, facilities, and membership options.
Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into memberships.
Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to encourage membership sign-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Collaboration/Marketing:

Work closely with other departments, including fitness trainers, front desk staff, and management, to ensure a seamless member experience.
Collaborate with external partners, such as local businesses and organizations, to explore partnership opportunities and increase brand visibility within the community.
Plan and coordinate events, challenges, and workshops to engage existing members and attract potential members.

Requirements:

Proven track record in customer service and team building, with experience in the fitness industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $11.50 - $17.88 per hour
