The Connecticut Team is a marketing and sales firm based in Wethersfield, CT. Our team partners with well known brands to build customer relationships, grow market share, and create strong in person experiences for customers.
We are currently looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an entry level position with hands on training and clear opportunities for growth into leadership and management roles.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with promotional marketing and sales campaigns
• Work directly with customers to provide product and service information
• Support client acquisition and customer retention efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and marketing goals
• Learn leadership and management skills through ongoing training
