Sales and Marketing Assistant

Not every entry-level role gives you the chance to build experience in both sales and promotional marketing.

At The Connecticut Team, you'll work directly with customers, represent telecom clients, and gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, brand promotion, and account development. If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service, many of the skills you've already developed can translate well into this role.

A Typical Day:

Meeting with customers and introducing client products and servicesSupporting promotional marketing campaigns throughout the greater Hartford areaBuilding relationships and delivering a positive customer experienceLearning sales strategies, communication techniques, and account management fundamentalsWorking with a team to achieve campaign goals and client objectives
