Sales and Marketing Assistant

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll help bring the wireless brand directly into the community by creating engaging customer experiences around smartphones, mobile services, and current promotions. Every Sales and Marketing Assistant receives hands-on coaching while learning how communication, customer insight, and brand representation work together to generate real campaign results.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Assistant

Create strong first impressions that introduce customers to the wireless brand at community events and promotional pop-ups.Start engaging conversations around smartphones, mobile plans, new products, and current promotions.Learn what customers value from their wireless service and connect those needs with relevant options.Collaborate with other Sales and Marketing Assistant team members to maintain professional event setups and support daily goals.Turn product features into clear, relatable benefits that strengthen the overall brand experience.Demonstrate wireless technology and help customers compare products and services without overwhelming them with technical information.Support local marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and generate new customer interest.Gather customer feedback and common questions that can help strengthen future brand messaging and campaign strategy.Continue developing as a Sales and Marketing Assistant through coaching in communication, marketing, and brand representation.Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Assistant
