Doral based produce distribution company seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individual for available sales and marketing assistant functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work directly with VP of Sales and Marketing.
Prepare and send spreadsheets as required.
Assist with sales calls/orders
Assist with weekly pricing schedules
Preparing and reviewing Sales Analysis and Recaps
Assist in preparing Sales Presentations
Preparing PowerPoint Presentations of Merchandised Store Sets

Requirements:
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Well organized and ability to manage time well.
Good mathematical and analytical skills.
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Good verbal and writing communicational skills
