Overview

Synaptic, Inc. is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, in-person role focused on customer engagement, brand promotion, and supporting sales efforts inside partnered retail locations.

In this position, you’ll work directly with customers to introduce products, explain current promotions, and help them find solutions that best fit their needs. We provide hands-on training in both sales and marketing, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain real-world experience and develop transferable skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
• Engage with customers face-to-face in retail environments
• Present and promote products and services clearly and confidently
• Educate customers on current promotions and available options
• Assist with new enrollments, upgrades, and account support
• Support marketing campaigns through in-person brand representation
• Collaborate with your team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image
