GEM Marketing Agency is hiring Sales and Marketing Associates – Entry Level to join our Tucson team, conveniently located about 10 minutes from the University of Arizona.

This is a true entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience, strengthen communication skills, and build a professional foundation in sales, customer engagement, and marketing.

Whether you’re a recent graduate, coming from retail or customer service, or simply looking to start a new career path, we provide paid training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the role from the ground up.

In this position, you’ll work face-to-face with customers, represent established brands, support promotional campaigns, introduce products and services, and develop practical sales and marketing skills.

What You’ll Do

Connect with customers face-to-face
Introduce products, services, and promotional offers
Support in-person marketing and customer engagement campaigns
Answer customer questions and provide helpful information
Build positive customer relationships
Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer acquisition
Work toward individual and team goals
Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching

What We’re Looking For

No previous professional sales or marketing experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, campus organizations, sales, or other people-focused environments is a plus, but not required.
