Sales and Marketing Director

Holladay Park Plaza, Portland’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced **Sales and Marketing Director** with a minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in sales and marketing of residential living, healthcare, senior living or other hospitality settings to lead our marketing team in maintaining a highly occupied community with top-notch amenities and services. At our resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality the Portland area has to offer. You will be a connector, networker, relationship builder and trusted source of information to all that you support in the sales process. * (Planning) Oversee planning initiatives in relation to Sales & Marketing efforts by: * Developing, support and monitor execution of marketing plan and budget in collaboration with PRS; tracks achievement of marketing objectives.
