Director of Sales and Marketing Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee the planning and implementation of event marketing, national publicity campaigns, premium services, sponsorships, advertising, interactive marketing for the arena and convention center. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field, with minimum 4 years experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Sales in entertainment industry or related field. The successful candidate will be able to effectively supervise and motivate staff, possess excellent written and verbal skills, including strong proof-reading, and have ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
