We’re looking for a creative-minded, high-energy Sales and Marketing Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help shape the future of decentralized advertising. This role is for someone who’s ready to lead from the front, challenge norms, and grow alongside a company that’s rewriting the rules of advertising. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new monthly clients for the Cavline platform using creative and direct outreach methods • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, maintaining strong follow-up and conversion practices • Elevate Cavline’s Google presence, SEO ranking, and social media visibility • Help design and implement growth strategies, including targeted campaigns and community outreach • Set specific goals, such as acquiring key businesses or entities, and execute plans to meet them • Lead client meetings, organize calendars, and track customer engagement • Coordinate marketing content and help expand our customer database and brand exposure • Play a key role in developing the sales department as the company scales
