Sales and Marketing Manager

We are in search of a skilled Sales and Marketing Manager that has the ability to function well as part of a team. As a sales manager, you will direct and oversee our company's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Your primary responsibility (as a Sales Manager) is to set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target are met • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
