Sales and Marketing Manager

You will grow and develop a customer base by utilizing a systematic process (Route Selling) to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Responding quickly to property damage emergencies to secure jobs • Outside sales - new business development • Use a systematic approach to identify and cultivate new business prospects • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts, including insurance agents, adjusters, facilities managers, property managers, realtors, contractors, and other property and facilities professionals • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and educate clients on the benefits of emergency preparation • Participate in and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events, including industry association meetings and social engagements • Exceed assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle effectively • Coordinate with internal marketing activities, including web marketing, social media management, and other written and verbal business promotion. This is a full-time position working varying hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
