We're looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Professional who can drive revenue through sales calls, digital marketing, and exceptional customer service. You'll handle inbound/outbound sales, create content, and build relationships with contractors, retailers, and small business owners across South Carolina. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Make outbound prospecting calls and answer inbound leads • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and HubSpot Breeze • Present to groups (real estate offices, property managers) when opportunities arise • Prepare quotes, close deals, and complete lease/sale paperwork • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and management software systems • Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and live chat • Quote pricing, overcome objections, and close deals • Use consultative selling to understand needs and recommend solutions • Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads until close or disqualification
