Sales and Marketing Professional

NOW HIRING: MARKETING & SALES REPRESENTATIVE $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Professional Building Solutions is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to join our growing team.

COMPENSATION

$25/hour base pay
5%–10% commission on sales
Bi-weekly pay
$1,500–$2,500 quarterly performance bonuses when sales goals are met
Additional bonus opportunities for significantly exceeding quarterly goals

3-MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD

The first 3 months will serve as a probationary period to evaluate performance, lead generation, sales activity, professionalism, and ability to consistently meet established quotas and company goals.

Base pay $10/Hr + 10% Commission

$3,000 Sign on Bonus after passing Probationary Period

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Includes a 1-hour lunch break

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SALES QUOTAS

Make a minimum of 10 cold calls per business day
Create and publish a minimum of 15 advertising/marketing posts per day
Actively promote the company across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
Qualify leads by determining:
Project budget
Project timeline
Scope of work
Whether the client is ready to begin the project within 30 days or less after estimate approval
Schedule a minimum of 2 qualified lead appointments per week
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and potential clients
Work toward maintaining a 30%–50% profit margin per project
Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in marketing and sales is required
Strong communication, customer-service, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Comfortable making cold calls and generating new leads
Strong social media knowledge and an active presence on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be willing to complete a 3-month probationary period
