This role begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position within a few months, based on performance. What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute creative lead generation strategies to attract new clients • Prospect, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities — from outreach to signed contract • Identify potential client segments and initiate cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, DMs, calls) • Track, follow up, and manage your sales pipeline effectively • Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach and closing processes • Communicate our value proposition clearly and confidently to potential clients Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar client-facing role (track record required) • Must be resourceful and proactive — leads are not provided • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Reliable, consistent, and available to work daily • Tech-savvy and comfortable selling digital services (experience in advertising or AI is a plus) • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Self-disciplined and able to work independently without constant supervision Compensation: • Monthly base salary (starting) • Commission on each closed client • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with higher base and bonuses Why Join Us?
