Sales and Marketing Representative-Entry Level

We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed and move up within the company. What You'll Do: • Talk with customers in person at retail locations • Introduce and promote products and services in a clear, friendly way • Learn how to handle objections and answer questions • Build positive customer relationships and represent our clients professionally • Meet daily and weekly sales goals • Stay informed about current promotions and product features • Join team meetings and training sessions to improve your skills What We're Looking For: • No experience required—training is provided • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus, but not required) • Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment • Strong communication and people skills • Reliable, goal-oriented, and positive attitude
