Job Qualifications: • Experience in customer service • must be detail-orientated and able to multi-task • good communication skills • computer skills, and able to provide excellent customer service • ability to work on a team Duties and Responsibilities: • provide customer service care to our members ,making sure they are satisfied with our services • participants in community events to expand our services offered to seniors • build relations with other organizations to promote our services • assist Medicare patients with plan forms and applications • make transportation appointments for Medicare members • make courtesy calls to patients after they are seen by our doctors • make and confirm patient appointments Summary As a Marketing Representative, you will be instrumental in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing customer engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will leverage your strong communication skills and computer proficiency to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
