Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Utah County, UT. The role also involves supporting and executing local marketing campaigns, creating and distributing promotional materials, and helping organize client events and trainings. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, prospects, and internal teams.Proven Sales skills with the ability to prospect, follow up on leads, and close opportunities in a competitive environment.Experience or aptitude in Sales Management and Training, including supporting referral partners with product knowledge and best practices.Organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities to manage multiple accounts, meetings, and marketing activities.Familiarity with real estate, mortgage, or title industry processes is preferred but not required.Comfort using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and standard office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
