Job Description: Who We Are: • Coke Florida, an independent family-owned Coca-Cola bottling company, holds a notable position as the third largest privately-held and sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the US. Taking on the role of Coke Florida Sales Merchandising Supervisor means you'll be responsible for managing the daily tasks of Sales and Marketing Supervisors and Merchandisers, securing timely and correct order fulfillment, and ensuring that product display standards are upheld across a targeted geographic region. Roles and Responsibilities: • Coordinate weekly group huddle meetings with sales representatives and part-time merchandisers to improve coordination and communication • Perform routine checks on outlets to ensure they follow the set merchandising standards • Regularly communicate with external vendors and partners to ensure they are following the ad calendar as well • Volume as a Tool to Amplify Incentives and Output • Conduct Evaluations to Assess the Effectiveness of Account Strategies • Timely closure of customer service tickets related to replenishment and merchandising is required • Enhancing the Management of Order Transmission, Delayed Deliveries, Dispatch Issues, and Unforeseen Deliveries • Manage technology/device administration • Connect with the store managers when required to review the ordering and execution details • If you have encountered any issues related to your order or delivery, do not hesitate to contact the customer service team for support • Frequent and consistent communication with sales leadership builds a foundation of trust, transparency, and accountability • Effective returns management and minimizing BD&L can benefit not only the company's profits but also customer satisfaction and retention • Help for Sales Merchandiser and Sales Merchandiser Relief field learning activities • Tweak, exchange, and maintain point-of-sale advertising as needed for the account • It is an obligation to follow all company policies, procedures and applicable laws • It's crucial to report any unsafe working conditions to your supervisor or the proper authorities as quickly as possible • As a manager, providing support to team members also means fostering a culture of respect and collaboration, where team members feel empowered to share their ideas and work together to solve challenges • Making certain that associates complete their daily duties on time is imperative • Seeking fresh recruits to bolster the team; holding interviews to make sure staffing levels are met • Onboarding new associates • Effective huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisers can foster a positive work environment, resulting in increased productivity • Implementing a system for requesting time off and shift swaps can help to streamline scheduling and avoid conflicts • Efficient allocation of funds towards operational expenses is key to the long-term success of any business • Incorporate customer feedback and data into your weekly merchandising plans to ensure that your displays and promotions are meeting their needs and preferences For the Sales Merchandising Supervisor position, assessments based on driving records that have minor moving violations will be conducted following the guidelines of Coke Florida.
