Responsible for providing assistance to the Sales Manager and Sales Team with marketing and advertising activities, credit reports and researching mortgage programs and rates for clients. Handle a variety of administrative duties necessary to support Sales Team efficiently. Be a part of a successful team with a team leader that has over 23 years of experience in the industry. * Work with processors to learn processing responsibilities; receive mortgage applications over the phone, open files, order appraisals and title work, prepare file notes, type commitments, and clear conditions for the underwriter and assist with closing packages. * Strong Microsoft Office skills are required - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Ability to work independently and proactively, and must be extremely detail-oriented.
