Sales Assistant / Sales Administrator

Eve Systems LLC, a company engaged in the business of selling Smart Home products, is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant/Sales Administrator to report directly to the VP of Sales for North America, located in Camas, WA. Eve products integrate into Apple HomeKit intuitively and securely. Eve Systems is privately held with headquarters in Munich, Germany. The candidate is not only willing and able to assist with administrative tasks and projects but will also bring their enthusiasm and ideas as well. Qualifications/Experience: \\- A four-year University Degree is required (BS or BA) \\- Experience in Sales required, ideally in high-tech with a focus on various sales channels \\- Experience using Apple/iOS products \\- Experience with Netsuite’s Inventory Management and Accounting platform preferred \\- Experience with Amazon’s Vendor/Seller Central a plus \\- Understanding of Amazon’s AMS Advertising platform a plus \\- Experience with Microsoft Office products \\- Experience in Smart Home space a plus \\- High affinity to consumer electronics products \\- Familiarity with data entry tasks and managing multiple systems Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): \\- Manage Amazon orders, debits, inventory, product listings \\- Assist with customer service inquiries and issues \\- Assist with setting up new resellers for Eve products \\- Assist with setting up new products in the channel \\- Work with Director of Operations and Finance located in Germany on logistics and compliance issues \\- Work with Marketing team in Germany to ensure proper branding and positioning of products in North America \\- Help coordinate promotions and promotional plans \\- Sales reporting and analysis \\- Some limited travel for reseller or distributor trade shows Benefits: \\- Flexibility – work from home \\- Healthcare/Dental/Vision insurance \\- 401K with matching plan \\- 12 days paid vacation \\- 12 paid holidays per year Please submit your resume for consideration.
