Sales Assistant w/ Growth Opportunity Potential Commission

Small town Used Truck & Car dealership operating for over 30+ years in the heart of Goochland looking for a Sales Assistant to help the sales department with the below tasks, but not limited to. \\- Marketing \\-- Take pictures/videos of vehicles and upload to various online inventory management platforms \\-- Review and maintain various advertising platforms \\-- Update the Dealership Management System as required \\- Inventory & Lot Reviews \\-- Make sure frontline vehicles and overall lot appearance is top quality \\-- Assist sales team with new inventory reviews \\- Move Vehicles and run errands around Goochland/Short Pump/Richmond \\-- Take mail to post office \\-- Pick up parts and other items \\- Lead Management \\-- Update CRM and white boards with new leads \\-- Return any messages from leads generated recently \\-- Correct outdated information \\- Post Sales \\-- Conduct follow up calls for feedback \\-- Mail out thank you notes \\-- Assist with any "we owe" items \\- DMV Titles and License Plates \\-- Assist sales team with post sale DMV processing \\-- Let customers know when DMV work is complete \\- Financing, Insurance, Warranty Work \\-- Assist customers with in-person and online credit applications \\-- Establish good relationships with various credit unions \\-- Create customer bureau and submit funding requests \\-- Provide customers with information regarding GAP insurance and extended warranty options \\- Assist sales department with day-to-day activities \\- After trial period sales license could be obtained \\- Great customer service skill a must \\- Must have clean driver’s license \\- Sales experience a plus \\- Car lot and/or office experience a plus \\- Can work Saturdays a plus \\- Spanish speaking a plus Please email your resume along with your availability and someone will be in contact.
