In this role, you’ll work directly with local organizations, decision-makers, and professional clients, helping them identify solutions that improve efficiency, operations, and overall value. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local clients and business decision-makers
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage client accounts, including onboarding, updates, and ongoing support
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and accuracy
- Present offerings clearly, focusing on value, efficiency, and long-term benefits
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company performance goals
- Stay informed on current offerings, market trends, and client needs
- Deliver a high-level, professional client experience in every interaction
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to our Houston office
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or client support is a plus (not required)
