You will be expected to close deals initially. Instead, you'll focus on prospecting, qualifying, and setting strong meetings for our senior sales team - while learning how complex advertising and sponsorship deals are built and closed. Core Responsibilities Lead Generation & Research Identify and source new sales leads through research, including social media platforms and other prospecting tools.Consistently generate a high daily volume of new leads and add them to Benzinga's CRM (Salesforce). Performance & Goals Meet or exceed individual sales targets.Contribute to team revenue goals and support targets for individual product and revenue streams.Maintain a proactive, results-driven approach in a fast-paced sales environment.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong interest in sales, financial markets, and developing long-term client relationships.Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.Understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.Experience with Benzinga products and services is a plus.Mid level experience
