This is a hybrid, outbound sales position, a mix of work from home and at least 2 in office days at our Charlotte, NC office and three remote/work-from-home days. This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitch to close and client handoff — acting as a strategic partner armed to provide long-term, integrated, omni-channel digital marketing solutions; not one-off tactics or single-channel campaigns. Client Strategy & Relationship Management • Own client relationships, in tandem with the Media Strategy team • Lead virtual and in-person sales meetings with confidence and expertise • Translate client goals into strategic media and creative recommendations • Able to interpret campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and platform reporting • Partner with media planners to ensure revenue growth and client retention What We’re Looking For Skills & Tools • HubSpot CRM experience • Strong understanding of paid digital advertising, with hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and paid social platforms, as well as the ability to align those strategies with advanced programmatic solutions.
