Sales Consultant for Digital Marketing Agency

We provide cutting-edge internet marketing solutions for client businesses in the home improvement and home care industries in the United States and Canada. To succeed in this position, you must have prior success selling custom-designed solutions to small and medium-sized home improvement and/or home care businesses. Prospecting for and selling RRM’s marketing solutions to home improvement businesses.Effectively communicate product details, benefits, and pricing structure to prospective clients.Cultivating enduring relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.Leveraging B2B sales experience and knowledge to call high within small organizations.Owning the full sales cycle, from the initial presentation to closing.Frequently self-evaluating performance to ensure alignment with the corporate mission, sales department's mission, and company values.Working remotely while also conducting face-to-face prospecting and sales within a prescribed geographic area.Reporting directly to the Director of Sales.Be willing to travel to trade shows and events, as needed.Requirements: 3+ Years of Business to Business sales experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas.Ability to sell products costing the buyer +/- $25000 annually.Ability to earn more than $125,000 annually, base plus commission.Ability to understand and convey the features, advantages, and benefits of various products and services.Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Experience in a two-call close sales environment.Comfortable working in a medium pressure, closely managed team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work remotely and conduct face-to-face sales.Willingness to be held accountable for performance and results.Technical skills: ability to effectively navigate technology including Microsoft 365 Products.Strong negotiation skillsPrior knowledge and experience in marketing is a plus.Quiet, designated remote work from home area is required.Preferred experience in the Home Improvement and/or Home Care Industry.Compensation/Benefits: It is in the job posting.On a scale of 1 to 10, please rate your level of knowledge and experience with Digital Marketing, with 10 being the ultimate expert.How many years of experience do you have working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel or the Google docs equivalent?How many years of experience do you have in a consultative selling environment utilizing multiple calls?What CRM systems do you have experience with?Have you ever worked selling at a trade show booth?Are you comfortable and have experience with Zoom or some other online meeting platform?Do you reside in one of the following states: NV, UT, AZ, MN, MO, FL, CO, NC, TX, OK, KS, NJ, IN?Do you have experience selling to Home Care, Hospice, Deathcare, or Home Improvement?
