Position Overview Ad Pages Solutions is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Consultant to join our St. Louis team. You’ll work directly with business owners across the St. Louis metro area, providing strategic marketing recommendations that drive measurable results—especially for customer acquisition, promotion of offers, and increased local visibility. What You’ll Do • Prospect and develop new business within assigned local territories • Build and manage a book of business (print + digital advertising clients) • Conduct in-person and phone consultations with business owners • Identify client needs and recommend effective marketing solutions • Present Ad Pages products including: • Direct Mail Magazine Advertising • PlusOne Shared Mail Programs • Digital Add-Ons (where applicable) • Create and present proposals tailored to each business • Maintain accurate pipeline, notes, and activity in CRM (Magazine Manager) • Manage renewals, upsells, and long-term client relationships • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals Who You Are • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly • Comfortable with both prospecting and closing • Organized and disciplined with follow-up and pipeline management • Coachable and open to feedback • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
