Sales Consultant - Manufactured Housing

Listed below are some of the responsibilities of the sales consultant: Responsible for selling model home inventory and brokerage listings and obtaining listing agreements to sell pre-owned homes within the community. Closing the sale of homes by meeting with prospective buyers, entering new visitor registration cards into the prospect tracking system, showing inventory homes, ordering new homes, submitting new applications for approval and taking the necessary steps to facilitate closings on deals in progress. *Manage prospective buyers in an onsite guest house program. Additional responsibilities include: *Generate sales leads and opportunities within the community. *Oversight of all aspects of new home construction process.
