QUALIFICATIONS: • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook, and others as needed • Innovative mindset; excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in data entry across multiple platforms. Outstanding interpersonal skills; a team player; assertive, goal- oriented and self-motivated RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor and report on advertising campaigns to achieve superior results • Support Sales Team and ensure they have the tools and resources needed to exceed station revenue goals • Coordinate with an account management team to ensure delivery of objectives • Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines • Using Google Analytics & other campaign monitoring tools in order to provide the team with insight about campaigns • Maintain a daily monitoring on active digital campaigns: o OSI-Verify orders are booked and billed correctly o DFP- Monitor campaigns for timely delivery o Vendor Interfaces- Enter orders and produce reports for active campaigns • Keep DSM/LSM/GSM informed of any critical fulfillment/workflow issues • Assist AEs with proper order entry & billing; review quality of campaigns to be booked • Enhance the current “workflow” to ensure the smooth transition of all campaigns: order entry to fulfillment • Other duties as assigned by the Digital Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager or General Sales Manager.
