Responsibilities and Duties: Makes daily decisions to support the sales operations for the North Coast and for the Central Valley. Adhere to the Whole Goods and Sales process guidelines as required Supports the receipt in all whole goods upon arrival into Equip Supports and organizes our DIT process for all movement of whole goods for delivery, inventory transfers and service pickup and delivery Does ad hoc reporting for Sales Managers as needed Performs lease vs. buy analysis for sales team Never operate any equipment you are not properly trained on and have not inspected prior to using: for example but not limited to vehicles, tractors, forklifts, mowers, drill press, grinder, hydraulic press, welders, and other general equipment. These are found in Teams/General Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of growing sales support and field experience Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, processes, and practices Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office including Excel and internet functions Experience with Inventory Management a plus Strong inter-personal skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level of attention to detail and accuracy University/College Degree is preferred but not required Essential Job Functions Office: Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 20 pounds Walking or standing up to 3 hours a day Squatting/kneeling up to .5 hours a day Computer/Keyboard work up to 7 hours in a day Repetitive Hand Use up to 7 hours a day Travel 10% of the time What Employees Say About Us Belkorp Ag was voted "Best Places to Work in the Central Valley 2020" because our employees took in-depth surveys about our benefits, policies, employee engagement and satisfaction.
