Apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, expertise in sales relations, ability to anticipate needs and comprehensive product knowledge to act as a true extension of the Sales Team. Keep all files in an orderly manner. Maintain records of past and future functions according to hotel/company standards. Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the hotel, including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook. Manage hotel reservations for the sales department as assigned by DOSM.
