Apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, expertise in sales relations, ability to anticipate needs and comprehensive product knowledge to act as a true extension of the Sales Team. Keep all files in an orderly manner. Maintain records of past and future functions according to hotel/company standards. Maintain inventory for brochures and sales kits. Manage hotel reservations for the sales department as assigned by DOSM.
