SALES DIRECTOR

For a manufacturing and supply company of unique detail products (Russell Systems, Inc. d/b/a Autosmart Philadelphia - Exton, PA): manage the day-to-day activities of salesmen; set goals and objectives for sales efforts; monitor and assess short and long term sales goals; ensure accurate reporting of sales activities; ensure communication between salesmen and sales order processing; manage the day-to-day activities of Sales Order Processor; organize business review reports from salesmen; conduct periodic performance review of all sales staff; liaise with UK-based Art, Graphics and Advertising Department; ensure Warehouse policies are implemented; and manage day-to-day activities of Warehouse Manager. Requirements: 1\\. The required experience must include managing all phases of the day-to-day operations, including managing sales staff, training programs, setting regional sales strategy by identifying, analyzing and measuring the factors that drive sales growth, setting benchmarks and policies for franchisees, setting and controlling budget, oversight for inventory control, warehousing, reviewing reports of sales activities, monitoring sales, analyzing existing and new markets and financial information. Work Location: Exton, PA. Hours: 40 per week - Monday through Friday.
