Sales Director, Performance Advertising (Americas)

The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge with strong hunting skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building long-term business relationships. Role & Responsibilities: Drive direct revenue growth by acquiring and developing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing partners across the Americas.Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for performance advertising demand generation across key verticals including fintech, betting, lead generation, e-commerce, and mobile growth.Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.Partner closely with Product, Ad Operations, Account Management, and Commercial teams to develop solutions that address client objectives and maximize campaign performance.Maintain deep knowledge of the AdTech and programmatic ecosystem, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising technologies to identify growth opportunities. Job Requirements: 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing sales.Proven track record of driving direct advertising revenue and securing budgets from advertisers and agencies.Strong understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, user acquisition, lead generation, attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization.Existing network of relationships across advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing decision-makers in North America and/or LATAM.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business opportunities from the ground up in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
