Driving revenue growth, the full-time remote Sales Director, Performance Advertising will build and expand relationships with advertisers and agencies across the Americas, focusing on performance-driven demand in key verticals such as fintech, e-commerce, and app growth. Key responsibilities: Acquire and develop relationships with advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing partners to drive direct revenue growth Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for performance advertising demand generation across targeted verticals Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing sales Proven track record of driving direct advertising revenue and securing budgets from advertisers and agencies Strong understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, and campaign optimization Existing network of relationships with advertisers and agencies in North America and/or LATAM Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment
