Driving revenue growth, the full-time remote Sales Director, Performance Advertising will build and expand relationships with advertisers and agencies across the Americas, focusing on performance-driven demand in key verticals such as fintech, e-commerce, and app growth.Key responsibilities:Acquire and develop relationships with advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing partners to drive direct revenue growthBuild and execute a go-to-market strategy for performance advertising demand generation across targeted verticalsIdentify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closureRequired qualifications:7+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing salesProven track record of driving direct advertising revenue and securing budgets from advertisers and agenciesStrong understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, and campaign optimizationExisting network of relationships with advertisers and agencies in North America and/or LATAMEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment
