Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and text messages, and managing correspondence
Conduct outbound calls and prospect leads to support the Sales Department (no hard selling required)
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with compliance-related documentation
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Maintain clear communication between departments and clients to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Customer service experience preferred
