The purpose of the Student Worker/Intern is to assist the Administrative Team with various work tasks and projects associated with our entire Sales Operations under the supervision of our Local Management Team. Gain insights into effective sales techniques by observing and learning from sales calls.Identify potential leads.Coordinate and communicate the availability and scheduling of panel locations.Compile and summarize reports on billing, inventory, and occupancy.Collect and compile proof of performance documentation, including taking photos.Assist with operations by ordering and tracking production.Generate and collect sales materials.Support the maintenance of the customer database in Salesforce.Assist with contracting processes through Salesforce.Provide information on products, promotions, and pricing by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding details, and answering inquiries.Coordinate and monitor internal and external communications related to advertising campaigns.Assist in resolving issues during campaigns by investigating, identifying solutions, and notifying account executives, managers, and customers.Requirements
