Elite Breakout Marketing is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team as Retail Management Trainees. This is an entry-level leadership development role designed for candidates who want hands-on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and team support while working toward management responsibilities. This position is based inside established retail locations and provides structured training, real-world experience, and performance-based advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Support daily retail operations and customer experience initiativesEngage with customers to provide product information and service supportAssist with onboarding and coaching new team membersHelp track performance goals and contribute to team successMaintain professional standards within retail locationsParticipate in ongoing leadership and skills development
Training & Development
Our Retail Management Trainees receive paid, hands-on training covering:
Customer service and communicationRetail operations and professionalismTeam leadership fundamentalsProduct knowledge and brand representationPerformance tracking and goal setting
Consistent performers may be considered for advancement into supervisory or assistant management roles.
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Work Environment
In-person role at assigned retail locationsHours of operation: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through SundayIndividual schedules determined by the hiring manager based on availability and staffing needs
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be authorized to work in the United StatesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a customer-facing retail environmentReliable transportation to assigned locationsPrevious retail, customer service, sales, or leadership experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
