OR CONTACT HR - 619-843-8012 Under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing, provides support and coordination of prospect information, resident move-ins, lead generation, marketing events and advertising with the goal of achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy. ยท Tours prospective residents and assesses resident qualification; initiates and follows up with phone contacts and prospects on a regular basis. Evaluates prospect data. from a 4-year college or university; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retirement home or geriatric experience preferred.
