Summary: Ensures customer retention and profitability, continuously recruite, hire, train, and measure sales team’s performance, establish customer focused sales standards. Assists General Manager to determine the appropriate days supply for new and used vehicles and orders/acquires the vehicle inventory accordingly. Assists management to establish standards and protocols for displaying, merchandising and maintaining new and used vehicles. Assists sales team to meet monthly objectives and goals, includes working of deals and assists in the closing of those vehicle deals. Studies local market conditions, demographics, past sales history.
