Sales Manager Trainee

You will be provided with all the training you need by licensed insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other sales representatives that have years of experience working insurance claims. You are in charge of generating your own income, door to door is the most efficient way of generating business \\- Provide free roof inspections, take pictures, video and show the homeowner the damage to their roof \\- Assist homeowner with any part of the claim process they request you to and meet with the insurance adjuster when they come out to see the roof \\- Building a pipeline of commercial and residential referrals. Word of mouth by happy customers is the best advertising you can have \\- Potential for quick promotion, we are rapidly growing company looking for individuals that want to grow with us, possibly become territory managers with residual income from your sales staff Job Requirements: \\- Entry level with no experience and Storm Restoration veterans welcome to apply \\- Willingness to learn from experienced sales representatives in the field and in classroom training \\- Driver's license and smart phone required \\- Interpersonal and comfortable with talking to people and being yourself \\- Go-getter and self driven personalities are needed to be successful
