Sales Marketing Assistant

All Star Painters is a family-owned and customer-focused painting company based in Eagan, MN. This is a hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Assistant with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, assisting in customer relationship management, providing excellent customer service, and implementing strategies to attract new leads. Respond to incoming leads (calls, texts, emails, social media)Follow up with potential and past customersSchedule estimates and appointmentsAssist in closing sales and tracking opportunitiesMaintain customer relationships and encourage referralsMarketing & Lead GenerationDistribute marketing materials (flyers, door hangers, etc. Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain strong relationships while addressing customer needs professionally.Organizationalz and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
