Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Assistant with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, assisting in customer relationship management, providing excellent customer service, and implementing strategies to attract new leads.

Pay

Starting at $20/ hour + commission based on sales performance.

Sales & Customer Relations

Respond to incoming leads (calls, texts, emails, social media)Follow up with potential and past customersSchedule estimates and appointmentsAssist in closing sales and tracking opportunitiesMaintain customer relationships and encourage referralsMarketing & Lead GenerationDistribute marketing materials (flyers, door hangers, etc.)Assist with local marketing efforts and community outreachHelp manage social media and online presenceIdentify new opportunities to generate leadsOperations & Project Support

Coordinate project schedules and timelinesAssist in ordering materials and preparing job sites (as needed)Organize job details, invoices, and recordsSupport general business operations alongside the owner

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain strong relationships while addressing customer needs professionally.Organizationalz and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
