Sales & Marketing Assistant

Fast growing company seeking a highly skilled, collaborative, motivated, adaptable, and reliable Sales and Marketing Associate to help manage the growing demand for the Company’s products. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of successful professionals who plan and implement the Company’s sales, marketing, PR and advertising activities. Familiarization with analysis of market research, product promotion, and delighting customers a plus. • Assist in analyzing customer products and which Company’s products/solutions to recommend to respective customers • Prepare and send samples to prospective customers, • Assist in the preparation of Sales Quotes, • Assist in onboarding new customers with account setup and information collection and dissemination. Sales and Marketing Requirements and Qualifications • BS degree in marketing or relevant field and/or significant sales/marketing support experience • Minimum of 3-year’s work experience as a marketing associate or assistant, sales or similar position • Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and knowledge in social media marketing, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords • Proficient in designing brochures, collateral, and social media posts.
